The Safety Zone? No one really knows what it is for... There are various theories. In case of a terrorist attack? High ground for flooding? A place for important people to meet in case of an emergency? A place for everyone to meet in case of an emergency? A place protecting animals? Protecting a special species of plants? Can you go there if you are being chased? is it like a permanent "home base"? We all have our own theories...
